If you forgot your passwords you can click on recover your passwords at the bottom left of the home page. The system will automatically send your passwords to the email address you’ve used to log into your account.

At CVWarehouse we don’t recruit people for our customers. We provide the online website that allows you to apply for jobs at customers. The HR-department of the company you applied for will take care of your application.

CVWarehouse is not responsible for the recruitment process of our customers. The HR-department of the company you applied for will take care of your application and decides how and when to give feedback. If you want more information about your application, we advise you to contact the Human Resources department of the company you applied for.

You can easily follow up your application by checking your status changes. These are the statuses used on the website:

• Pending: your CV has been received
• In Process: your application is being treated
• CV requested: the company would like to receive your CV in order to further process your application
• Waiting for information: the company has tried to contact you and is waiting for you to get in touch
• Finalist: you are in the final selection of candidates for this position
• Withdrawn: you have decided not to continue
• Not withheld: unfortunately your profile did not suit the position
• Future: you were not selected for this position now, but will be contacted for future positions to which your profile applies
• Presented to end-client: your CV has been forwarded to the person responsible for following up on your application. As this person is not able to further change your status, you will not see any further status changes here.

If your application has been registered correctly then you will receive a confirmation by email shortly afterwards.

There could be different explanations for this problem.
You should make sure to fill out all the required fields marked by a yellow star. If you didn’t fill out all of them, you won’t be able to create your profile.
If this doesn’t solve your problem, the system may refuse your application because you already have a profile but forgot about it. In this case click login first and use your existing profile to apply for the job. You can always recover your passwords if you don’t remember them.

At least one of the languages you select must be selected as “native language”. If you grew up bilingual, you can select 2 languages as “native language”.

CVWarehouse allows you to select which document can be seen by which company. To make a document you already uploaded for a different company visible for your new application, execute the following steps:

1. Go to www.cvwarehouse.com and click on “Log in” on the left hand side.
2. Enter your passwords to log in.
3. Click on your name to navigate to the profile page.
4. Go to the part “All your documents”
5. Via “Browse” you can select the document on your computer that you want to upload
6. Click the “Add”-button to upload the document to CVWarehouse.
7. The document will now appear under “All your documents”
8. Click on the edit-button next to the document you just uploaded.
9. The detail screen of the document will appear. Here you can see the companies for which you applied. Check the checkbox for each of the companies for which the document needs to be visible.
10. Click on “Save” to save the changes.
11. Click on “Return to the form” to return to your profile

You don’t have to indicate details about your current and previous job position (category, sector, job title, etc.) in this case. To indicate you are looking for your first job, you can fill out "Not applicable" for example.

Through "Your applications" you can go to the details of an application and click "Withdraw your application". This will however not hide your details to a specific company. If you want to be removed from a company's database or from CVWarehouse all together, please send us a mail at candidatesupport@cvwarehouse.com.

Most definitely not. This option works as follows:
CVWarehouse professionals will try to match your profile with a suitable job. This is completely confidential and secure. In practice, a CVWarehouse employee will try to find a job that matches your profile and credentials. When he finds a job that might be of interest to you, he will send you an email with the proposed job offer. Companies will not be notified of this action, and will only be informed when you would choose to apply for the suggested job.
Thus, the only people with full access to your profile are our employees, which are highly experienced in HR-practices and have taken a vow of discretion at all cost. Guaranteed.
Secondly, companies who are on the lookout for new employees will be able to see a masked profile when they conduct a candidate search. This means that only a selected part of your profile is visible to them. They cannot see your name, address, phone number, email or any other information that might compromise your privacy. Furthermore, it is also possible for companies to conduct a search based on information within your uploaded CV, however, the fields containing your private data are also stripped from this document, making it impossible for a company to search for any information that can lead to your identity.
If a company is interested in your profile and would like to meet you for an interview, they will send a mail to CVWarehouse. In turn, we will send you an email, informing you of the offer and giving you the opportunity to either decline or accept. If you accept, we will introduce both parties to each other and we will intervene no longer. If you decline, nothing further will be revealed to the company.

In detail, a company conducting a blinded profile search will be able to see the following details of a candidate's profile:

• Current position (excluding company)
• Previous position (excluding company)

• Diploma
• First year of employment
• Willingness to travel
• Language skills
• Nationality

As you can see, no personal details are given out, yet at the same time providing an adequate overview of your profile.
