In the context of energy transition and market liberalization, Haulogy is successfully contributing to the transformation goals of its clients in the energy and utilities sector by offering modular and scalable management software and relevant commercial and IT services in a long-term partnership approach. In this context, haulogy is expanding its portfolio of software solutions for Suppliers in Energy and Distribution system Operators (DSOs) and is looking for a Customer Support Engineer- Energy Sector.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and master the business processes related to the liberalized French energy market.
• Learn and master the functionalities of haulogy's product suite for DSOs to become the functional expert of the product(s) installed at your client's site.
• Your duties include the following:
  • Ensure daily client satisfaction.
  • Translate client needs into functional specifications.
  • Interact with haulogy’s internal product & development teams.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Inform and train your client on new application features.

Profile Description:

• You hold an engineering degree, a master's in computer science, or equivalent.or equivalent by experience;
• You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience;
• You possess analytical skills and are methodical and rigorous;
• You are a good communicator with a customer-oriented approach;
• You have project management experience. Experience in the energy market is a plus;
• You are a team player, show initiative, resourcefulness, and autonomy. You can adapt to new IT tools;
• You have a good command of French and sufficient written English proficiency;
