What will you be doing?

As an administrative support within the HR and Fleet team, you will have a varied range of tasks, being involved in both daily administration and various projects. You will provide support to the hard HR team for 3.5 days a week, and to the Fleet team for 1.5 days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative follow-up of:
    • Onboarding and offboarding processes;
    • Contractors;
    • International employment;
    • Personnel changes;
    • Compensation & Benefits;
  • Providing support and back-up to the payroll officer;
  • Contributing in HR projects;
    • Digitization of personnel files;
    • Optimization of checklists;
  • General administrative support:
    • Shares;
    • General meetings;
    • Site access registrations;
  • Assisting with fleet administration together with the fleet manager:
    • Processing damage claims and fines;
    • Managing the pool cars;

 

Who are you?

  • You hold at least a bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Communication Management, or a related field;
  • You have already gained your first experience;
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team;
  • You have a good command of both Dutch and English;
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • You are accurate and strive to maintain a clear overview;
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented in your thinking.
