Pricing Manager


As part of the Market & Solution department, the role of the Pricing Manager is to optimize pricing and increase our revenue stream. He will analyze sales performance, market data, customer willingness to pay, and work with the Product & Solution managers to elaborate scenarios, propose improvements and implement changes in pricing.

Job description

  • Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.
  • Manage pricing update and evolution plan and strategy
  • Conduct oral presentations, field research, and cost revisions. This also requires thinking about the going rates for similar products in the industry, in order to remain competitive.
  • Maintain and regularly update a pricing history database.
  • Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing action effectiveness.
  • Define new business procedures, evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system.
  • Manage total pricing procedure, enhance processes to make most of the efficiencies, and ensure timely response to market conditions.
  • Perform partnering with buyers, product managers, and sales departments to ensure an integrated profit-maximizing approach to the market.
  • Analyze the financial impact of the price approach in view of overall history as well as the profitability of the customer.


  • University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in a similar pricing management position
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies in a B2B environment
  • Familiar with multiple sales models (CAPEX-based, subscription-based, SaaS...)
  • Strong analytical skills, an expert in managing large sets of data in Excel and PowerBI
  • Location is likely to be based in our headquarters in Liege Belgium, but we are flexible to consider strong candidates elsewhere
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), knowledge of French is a strong asset.
