Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to take the full ownership and daily management of portfolio of IT projects including data quality, project conflicts resolution and continuous improvement and ensure the alignment with Central PMO

We are looking for someone to take ownership of portfolio reporting and responsibility for timely delivery of portfolio status reporting (once a month). Someone who makes good use of dash boarding for wider organizational use in support of full transparency of project portfolio activities across the gating process.

Someone who can drive the convergence of the portfolio related tools [JIRA, MCKinsey Wave, Confluence, Tableau] with operational efficiency, ease of support and cost optimization in mind. Someone who can drive continuous review of portfolio process set up and management practices around it for the benefit of evolution of portfolio practices and PM standards.

Someone that can supervise correct implementation of project methodology in accordance to standards set by Project Delivery and car raise issues if/when project methodology is not respected. If possible the portfolio manager can provide input for the methodology improvement or ways of optimization for Project Delivery, IT Business Management and/or Central PMO.

Someone who takes the ownership and management of capacity planning process in support of predictable optimum and transparent ICT resource allocation, timely conflict resolution for ICT resources aiming as a result at a predictable delivery of project portfolio.

Someone who can forecast Portfolio on people planning, can use factory utilization and financials including focus on portfolio ROI on the basis of individual project’s BCAs

What are your duties?

  • You will structure project in accordance with the decisions by cPMO & ExCo
  • You will take charge of the operational management of the portfolio, create project spaces, status tracking, portfolio budget, you use your management skills including project budget controlling, make monthly reports and structured project closure (tools, work spaces, financials aligned with business and solution delivery.
  • You will coordinate all of the dependent activity streams and relationships with key stakeholders e.g. project managers, Business Partners, FIN Controlling, Project Delivery, Central PMO
  • You will take charge of Operational and IT Portfolio KPI management, preparation of the reports and dashboards in time for the relevant reporting cycles
  • You will use capacity management – user in/user out, capacity stand ups and capacity balancing sessions, factory planning
  • You will make reports on BCA management and portfolio level benefits

What is your profile?

  • You have a university diploma or Minimum bachelor diploma, in any Engineering, Financial/Economical or Business Administration.
  • You are fluent in English and have a good level of Dutch and French
  • IT Knowledge: you can use MS office, JIRA, Confluence, Navision, Tableau and McKinsey Wave
  • You have experience in Project or Product development or any other structured lifecycle management.
  • You have experience in operating project, functional budget or with any portfolio management tools (virtual of otherwise)
  • You have experience in (customer) relationship a commercial sense or any proven experience
