Who are we looking for?

You are the motor for change within your team : you co-define & are co-responsible for the development and introduction of industry best practices with regard to end-to-end Order Management with a focus on digitization within the organization

You assure customer bookings are translated to our production system and assure accurate order validation, acceptance, documentation and communication based on both forecasted and received orders.

You are part of the Supply Chain Planning Management Team. In this role you actively contribute to the development and implementation of the vision and strategy of Lineas and make sure together is reflected in the Operations and specifically Supply Chain Strategy.

What are your duties?

You are in charge of the Supply Chain Order Management Team organized around (inter)national product lines and ensuring all customer bookings are translated to our production system:

  • Order Validation: Assure order data is received in full (product, freight, time and quantities, contract, ..).
  • Order Acceptance: Assure the customer booking is linked to a confirmed planned end-to-end solution.
  • Order Routing: Assure customer booking is encoded in all required back-end system to assure 100% accurate administrative order to delivery.

You and your team are accountable to act as first point of contact towards customers relations

  • Assure 100% accurate order intake (% of customer bookings received in full)
  • Assure 100% accurate communication and information transparency on the order status at contract level
  • Assure voice of the customer integration in all End-To-End Supply Chain Planning and fulfillment processes

You and your team are accountable for monitoring and processing the incoming customer bookings (forecasted, confirmed, cancelled, rush orders and re-bookings) to assure order data is in full though the value chain ranging from year n-1 up and until real time delivery in all required production systems (CIS/Navision)

  • Assure 100% Accurate Order documentation (% orders with the right digitized documentation at each step of the process)

You are in charge of the implementation and development of the Order Management Team with regards to people, process and systems and lead the whole team which includes Order specialist(s) & administrator(s)

  • You give guidance to business intelligence, continuous improvement & project management related to order processing digitalization in strong collaboration with Customer Relations and Lineas Production Systems
  • You manage your team in order to (i) develop “one-company” culture (i) develop individual skills (ii) develop wellbeing at work (iii) develop contingency planning (iv) assure decision are be taken as low as possible and as high as required.
  • You put in place efficient collaboration processes with all relevant internal upstream and downstream actors within the scope of End supply chain order management in order to increase Accurate Order documentation. (Product Management, Customer Relations, Sales & Operations Planning, Master Planning, Production Planning, country operations, Fulfillment)

What is your profile

  • Master degree in commercial engineering or supply chain or equivalent
  • Knowledge of NED/FR/ENG
  • Knowledge of Order Management best practices
  • Knowledge of Change and Project management
  • You have experience in managing a team and are able to advise and supervise people in a coaching and motivating manner.
  • Interest to delve into the processes and tools is a must. Prior knowledge is a plus, but not necessary
