Operational Purchasing Administrative - Cascais (Portugal)

Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Operational Purchasing Administrative (m/f) to integrate the Supply Chain & Procurement Department of Logoplaste Portugal.

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

Key tasks & Activities

  • Support the indirect purchasing operations within the business;
  • Manage requests and conduct quality checks related to the ordering process;
  • Create purchase orders for goods and services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets;
  • Request, track and validate order acknowledgements;
  • Collect and assess data related to blocked invoices and provide analysis in case of escalations;
  • Setup, verification and regular updating of eCatalogs;
  • Support to Travel & Expenses Category.

Who we are looking for…

Background and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admin purchasing or related areas,
  • College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of best practice procurement to pay techniques
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), further European languages desirable;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office tools and SAP knowledge will be highly valued.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups, managers, and subject matter experts;
  • Team player and flexible with a proactive and collaborative attitude;
  • High Level of accountability and accuracy;
  • Results oriented with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
