Inside Sales Associate

I-Care Reliability, a global maintenance and reliability services firm is seeking a Full-Time Customer Care Associate for our United States headqarters located in Houston, Texas.

 

POSITION PURPOSE

 

This role will be designated and focused around new lead generation for I-care Reliability Sales Managers. The role is focused around new connects with existing and new accounts, which will be then qualified and driven from a designated Sales Manager.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

 

  1. Accountable for the development of effective sales growth:

 

  1. Responsible for new lead generation through all communication platforms
  2. Execute on outlined accounts, with the goal of making contact with new contacts and sites, to gauge interest on learning about current work I-care is supporting at designated account
  3. Goals will be established and outlined, which will include new account lead generation. All leads will be sent to I-care Sales Managers for qualification and sales cycle management

 

  1. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including but not limited to:

 

  1. Communicating the I-care deliverables to the client.
  2. Setting up discovery calls with clients for Sales Managers to present I-care services and products
  3. Must be able to interact comfortably, gain trust and communicate effectively.
  4. Presentation skills; be able to synthesize findings
  5. Using all communication platforms daily to make contact with designated accounts (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.), which will be tracked in I-cares CRM software

 

 

  1. Other Responsibility
  2. Performs special projects as assigned that supports I-care business development efforts
  3. Recruit and source candidates for clients as needed and/or requested
  4. Responsible for data entry of all activity is managed and tracked in software platform for formal reporting .

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education/Certification: College Graduate preferred , busines or engineerings degree preferred

 

Required Knowledge: Knowledge and background of service-based solutions and preferably in the human capital industry

 

Experience Required: 2 to 3 or more years of direct related experience in customer care or sales management in a professional service industry. 1 or more years direct experience in human capital services

 

Skills/Abilities: Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Windows, Word, and Excel.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work well independently.
