LolaLiza is looking for a dynamic Storeland ERP Project Manager!

Are you an expert in Storeland (ex Cylande or experience in the client side)?

In this role you will report directly to our IT Director and you will join an IT team of 10 people.

As ERP project manager at LolaLiza, these will be your main responsibilities:

• The management and maintenance of all processes, tools and flows related to the ERP Storeland (editor Cylande, now integrated within Cegid)
• Especially you will be in charge of one major enterprise project: migration of the ERP Storeland and related tools (several hundreds of man/days, distributed internally and externally)
• Our ERP is the center of our star-model IT map; as ERP expert at IT level, you will be steering the application workflow orchestration tool implementation project from the specifications to the production, including the choice and the implementation of a new software like Control-M, Visual Tom, Automic Automation (project to start from scratch)
• You will lead meetings internally and externally (business requirements, steering committees, …)
• You are in close contact with various departments to propose solutions and to steer providers
• You are responsible for ongoing maintenance of existing tools and interfaces with and for the entire IT team
• You will report directly and clearly to the IT director
• You deliver support to internal users
• On a regular basis you are ‘standby’ outside of the regular office hours as a second line for the external IT support.

Your profile

• You have experience in a similar position (knowledge of the retail sector is an asset)
• You have experience with the ERP Storeland, edited by Cylande-Cegid
• Experience in Winstore (software in stores from the same editor) is an asset
• You are a good project manager (methodology, organization, team and/or supplier management,…)
• You are eager to implement improvements
• You are fluent in French & English
• You master SQL (knowledge of the programmation language Oracle is a plus)
• You are a team player and you are flexible. You don’t have a 9-5 mentality
