Who are we looking for?

You are the driving force within your geographical area and are accountable to ensure End-To-End Coordination and issue the Rolling Master Planning and Purchase orders based on the S&OP output, Forecasted and Received order(s) to guarantee Customer Promise delivery and assure cost efficient End-To-End holistic optimization across internal and external production in a highly volatile environment on both Make to Stock and Make to Order Rail freight based logistic solutions.

You are part of the Master Planning Team. In this role you actively contribute to the development and implementation of the vision and strategy of Lineas and make sure together is reflected in the Operations and specifically Supply Chain Strategy.

What are your duties?

You are in charge of the products assigned to your area allowing with regard to:

  • Master Planning: Issues rolling master plan assuring End-To-End on-time order fulfillment and End-To-End optimization on (sub)assembly, Timeslot, Supplier level in a M-6 to N-48h time horizon, and propose corrective action plan if needed
  • Supply Planning: Assure capacity reservation, allocation and follow-up with (external/internal) providers on (sub)assembly level and initiate change request in case of changing demand pattern
  • Capable to Promise: Monitor and align the incoming demand with the available (internal/external) production capacity and constraints to assure Available To Promise Insight up up ‘till cut-off (N-48h)

You are accountable to assure Cost Efficient End-To-End Coordination in line with agreed customer promise and Ensuring all (sub) assemblies are nested, planned and confirmed to fulfill these bookings

  • Perfect Order Performance (% orders delivered to the right place, with the right product and the right time, in the right quantity with the right documentation
  • Production Capacity Utilization (Produce as Planned/TEEP/OLE/Landed -3rd party- cost)
  • Assure reactive detailed capable to promise insight allow to capture short term market opportunities.

You are together with your in charge of the continuous improvement of End-to-End Master Planning with regards to culture, process and systems

  • You act & behave according in order to (i) develop “one-company” culture (i) develop individual skills (ii) develop wellbeing at work (iii) assure decision are be taken as low as possible and as high as required.

You put in place and act on efficient collaboration processes with all relevant internal upstream and downstream actors within the scope of End to End Master planning.

What is your profile?

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management best practices
  • Knowledge of (Rail) Freight Management best practices
  • Knowledge of End-To-End Planning best practices
  • Knowledge of Change and Program management
  • It knowledge: Interest to delve into the processes and tools is a must. Prior knowledge is a plus, but not necessary
  • Lift every stone to find opportunities and think of solutions versus problems.
  • Supply Chain & Operational background and highly focused on holistic optimization and customer promise delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to think out of the box, well organized and able to prioritize in a context of changing priorities
  • You have strong analytical skills, complemented with the ability to think pragmatic and take into account operational reality
  • You have strong communication skills both in writing and oral
  • Willingness to travel
  • Talent and commitment to continue advancing in your career
