Who are we looking for?

  • You support the infra capacity processes within our Lineas network, with in depth data analysis, in order to improve understanding and take the necessary action towards a cost effective execution (on infra)
  • You analyze and protest the infra invoices in order to secure Lineas only pays what is correct, to see where Lineas can avoid costs by improving the way of working.
  • You support the team with data and performance analysis, in order to define and support the necessary projects, support infra supplier reviews and identify process improvement projects to minimize the infra cost.
  • You follow up on the performance improvement programs of the different IM’s.
  • You are an expert in the cost structure of the different infrastructure managers.
  • You support the corridor managers in the budget follow up of the infra costs.
  • You provide ad hoc analysis related to infra cost & performance to support Lineas related processes or claims

What are your duties?

  • You support the infra capacity processes with in depth analysis, in order to improve understanding and take the necessary action towards a pan-European infra cost efficient execution.
  • Based on your insight in infra capacity booking processes and the cost and invoice structures at our IM’s, you identify potential contingency measures or improvement possibilities to be taken up via LPS and the respective operations departments and coordinate the necessary actions towards the infra managers
  • You process and analyze the infra invoices from the different Infrastructure Managers and identify and protest on time invoice errors (based on collected input from Lineas operational and planning systems). You look into the possibilities to automate and digitalize the infra invoice control & contestation.
  • You develop and lead the monthly infra cost and budget reporting to different levels in the Lineas organization from exco to execution level.
  • You develop and follow up the performance metrics provided by our infrastructure managers and other reporting bodies and cross-check and validate these with own Lineas operational performance data.
  • You benchmark and keep track of the different pricing and cost structures at the infrastructure managers and support the alignment towards harmonized commercial conditions in Europe.
  • You provide ad hoc analysis on infra related processes and projects

What is your profile?

  • Master/Bachelor with first data analytics or performance reporting experience
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Eager to dive into details & in depth understanding
  • Challenger & Persistent
  • Structured in analysis and presentation
  • Experience with performance reporting
  • Able to interpret and present product performance data, facilitate root-cause analysis (f.ex 5W) and set-up improvement track
  • Able to translate data-driven reflections into the operational reality Self-organised and able to prioritise in a context of changing priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills - team player and you like to work with other people
  • Pro-active, stress-resilient, pragmatic, result-oriented
  • Interest to delve into the tools is a must. Prior knowledge is a plus, but not necessary
  • Experience in business reporting tools: Excel (pivot tables & dashboarding functions)/Tableau/Cliqview/Alteryx
