Tasks:

- Planning the personnel structure

- Support in the creation of project plans

- Operation of the project secretariat

- Implementation of internal and external communication

- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and introductions

- Representation of the project management

- General organizational activities such as managing incoming and outgoing emails

- Active knowledge DATEF-program (accounting)

 

Ideal conditions:

- Completed commercial or technical vocational training

- You have already gained your first professional experience in the area of ​​office management and material purchasing

- You have industry knowledge

- You are a team player and have communication and organizational skills

- You are characterized by an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working and analytical skills

- Your native language is German and you have a good to very good command of spoken and written English

- You have excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- A lot of personal responsibility and self-discipline are part of your characteristics.
