Project Manager Ground Operations


Initiate and follow-up projects throughout the department in order to improve the Ground operations service, increase customer satisfaction and structurally lower operating costs.

Key Result Areas

  1. Assist the line managers during the budget process by finding optimizations and integrate these needs in the different budgets. Also, prepare reliable planning’s how to develop these optimizations
  1. Find opportunities for further optimization throughout the Ground Services organization in all the stations and this through a systematic review of all the processes within the Ground Services area.
  1. Run and manage continuous improvement programs throughout the department and its stations. This should be done by involving all layers of the department and the company and should increase customer satisfaction and optimize costs in an ever-changing world
  1. Review processes and project results on a recurrent basis in order to evaluate the working of the department and identify further improvements.



  • Master or equivalent through experience
  • Understanding of the ground operation of an airline
  • Financial background
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent English & French
