As an intern Buying Assistant you will support our Buying team on all commercial and production activities.

During your internship you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will work in close collaboration with a Buyer and a Buying Assistant. 
• You will be responsible of administrative tasks related to product listing and order tracking.
• You will be in contact with suppliers on regular basis to ensure on-time deliveries. 
• You will handle shipping labels and other items needed for order production and delivery. 
• You will take care of the management of the samples (organization, reception, sending).
• You will assist in all stages of the collection's development.

Experience, skills and competences

• You have a background or education in Purchasing or Business.
• You are capable of working with MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in at least one native language (Dutch/French) and English.
• You are an excellent communicator on all levels.
• You have a commercial instinct as well as an affinity with fashion.
• You work well under pressure, you are flexible and pragmatic.
• You have an eye for detail.
