Territory Manager The Netherlands (North)


    Purpose of the Fleet Territory Manager is to maximize Q8 Card market share and profitability in the fleet targeted B to B markets by acquiring new and profitable customers and by maximizing retaining customers in our retail network BNL.

    Opportunity Of The Job: In order to increase our business in the BNL, development with partners should be established in order to offer a larger service level of the card throughout Europe to our existing customers and prospects in the BNL. Especially in the Netherlands more retail outlets will result in a higher market share in the business fleet market.

    • Sales: Acquiring new customers with profitable deals and conduct marketing actions and campaigns in order to increase business volume in the Q8 retail network and focus on retention of existing customers
    • HSSE: follow up procedures regarding shems in order to maintain and guarantee the shems specifications to our daily customers and further prospects.
    • Credit: Focus on credibility and accurate payment of new and existing customers.
    • Reporting: Follow up and measuring sales results related to the focus market. Report results, efficiency and costs of the conducted telesales campaigns and keep the Sales database (CRM tool) up to date with conclusions of different negotiations with prospects.

Strategy: Giving input on success factors of the different regional area’s and retail outlets by opportunities and threats regarding conduction of different marketing campaigns and market

  • Experience: 5 years relevant sales experience in B to B segment
  • Skills: Languages: Area language mother language ( English)
  • IT: Windows office
  • Profile: Good communicator
  • Good negotiator
  • Pragmatic approach on solving problems
  • Team player

Special or specific qualifications

Due to the very complex nature and the very number of activities and contacts the Car Territory Manager is expected to have:

    • Very good knowledge of the Market Situation within the B to B environment
    • Effective negotiation skills
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Strong inter – personal skills.
    • Ability to work under stress and under tight guidelines.
    • Driving licence
