Head of IT customer solutions

The role is accountable to drive, steer and lead the IT customer solutions department - responsible for the build, maintain and run of the IT digital platform of the Group. This covers the front-end applications (web & mobile), the CRM solution and the API/integration layers

Your position :

  • Contribute to and translate the DP Digital vision and ambition into an IT strategy and associated multi-year IT digital roadmap
  • Continuously align with the business stakeholders to ensure that the platform supports their expectations
  • Define the reference IT digital architecture with the IT architecture team
  • Manage the resources, clients and teams to delivery the IT digital roadmap
  • Responsible for the Budget of the department (+/- 10 Mio EUR)
  • Continuous evolution of the capabilities of the digital platform to ensure its technical sustainability while supporting the delivery of the business offering
  • Stimulate the integration of Innovative solutions and services within the platform
  • Build an ecosystem with 3rd parties (such as Fintech) through integration capabilties (technical & non technical)
  • Develop a workforce strategy ensuring the recruitment and growth of talents, relying on a well balance sourcing strategy. Stimulate the adoption of NWOW and agile mindset.
  • Responsible for the operational quality of the digital platform (availability, perfromance)
  • Resources planning & skills manahgement for own team (internal & external resources).
  • Sponsor use and support deployment of IT best practices and processes within team.
