Digital Growth Lead / Online Marketeer (B2B)

At EVPA, we help venture philanthropists and social investors (VP/SI) in Europe to maximise their societal impact. We do this in three ways: increasing expertise, increasing the effectiveness of how impact capital is used and co-creating a healthy ecosystem for societal impact to flourish. The EVPA is a member-organisation. We seek to enlarge our community and increase our revenues so our members can be even more effective. To meet our ambition, we are hiring a hands-on expert in new lead acquisition via digital channels (mostly owned and earned media) in order to increase the sale of our products and services.

Digital Growth Lead / Online Marketeer (B2B)

You will develop and execute our lead generation and pipeline building strategy to grow our community of venture philanthropists and social investors. Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in our Community and on-the-ground Reps, our Brussels based communication team, our Knowledge Center, to successfully bring in highly engaged members and increase our revenue through online sales of services and products.

Main responsibilities:
• Develop and execute omnichannel demand generation strategy (including SEO, content syndication and email marketing), based on the data-first perspective
• Make sure the right lead generation tools for EVPA are set up and maintained
• Manage weekly execution, optimisation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure programmes are optimised for tracking, reporting and evaluating for success
• Build strategies and campaigns to accelerate the member sales pipeline
• Create a series of multi-channel, multi-step campaigns that feed our team of Member Owners (sales team)
• Ensure website optimisation and find areas that drive conversion
• Work with cross-functional teams and 3rd parties to implement strategies, with operational and resource efficiency always in mind

Your profile:
• 3+ years experience driving lead generation and customer acquisition activities in a B2B environment
• Experience with inbound data-driven digital marketing. You have a track record of successfully integrating content marketing and demand generation to increase funnel conversion and drive revenue and customer growth
• Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Ads and set-up for lead generation tools
• Keen awareness of new developments in digital marketing, and an openness to test new approaches and iterate on an ongoing basis
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability of high learning curve on new online tools (Salesforce, Mailchimp etc)
• University degree in Business/Commerce (Sales/Marketing or related focus)
• Able and willing to come to our Brussels based offices on a regular base
