IT Service Line Manager (Finance & HR)

 The role is accountable to supervise and/or support all plan-build-run IT activities for domains Finance & HR

Your position:

  • Line manager for “plan” and “functional” analysts, developers and testers in domain Finance & HR.
  • IT SPOC for Business Owners of domains Finance & HR.
  • IT representative in governance meetings concerning domains Finance & HR (e.g. delivery board, steering meetings).
  • Secure quality of gating preparation (specially Gate 3) through plan analysts and architects for projects in scope of domains Finance & HR.
  • Accountability for the delivery of IT part of projects for domains Finance & HR remove all IT roadblocks for delivery / project teams / project managers. Escalation level for scrum masters / project managers for all IT related topics. 
  • Responsible to organize corrective and evolutive maintenance for applications of domains Finance & HR, within approved budget envelop.
  • Set priority of activities so that production issues on applications of domains Finance & HR are handled with adequate priority.
  • Vendor Management for all applications in scope of domain Finance & HR.
  • Application lifecycle management for applications of domains Finance & HR.
  • Resources planning & skills management for own team (internal & external resources).
  • Sponsors use and support deployment of IT best practices and processes within team.
