We own and operate a global network of terminals with a combined storage capacity of close to 3 million m3 at key locations in Europe and USA.

LBC Tank Terminals, with its headquarter in Belgium, is an independent operator of midstream and downstream bulk liquid storage facilities for chemicals, oils and refined petroleum products. Our footprint consists of facilities located in the US, Belgium, The Netherlands and China.

Our goal is simple. We aim to provide our customers with the safest, most reliable and efficient tank storage and logistical systems. Together with our highly knowledgeable personnel, we ensure that there is no such thing as a dangerous product – at least not when under our care.



PA supporting function

  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for the CEO and CFO
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation (through internet, no travel agency)
  • preparing presentations and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • reminding the executive team of important tasks and deadlines
  • collecting and filing expenses
  • Replacing the fellow assistants during their absences
  • Ad hoc tasks

Internal communication :

  • new joiner announcements and employer brand building content. Encouraging contributions from around the business and publishing these items internally. 
  • Coordinating and monitoring the social media presence of LBC, supporting, advising and correcting the business where necessary.
  • assist in managing and maintaining LBC’s visual identity guidelines and advising the businesses on their correct usage of PWP templates & logo’s
  • maintaining the corporate website
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Preparation of documents for Corporate governance reporting
  • Drafting of various documents
  • Updating information of the Corporate Crisis Plan

Knowledge, education and experience

  • Bachelor ‘office management - management assistant’ or related Master degree
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) to complete translations of documents and news articles, received / make phone calls and to conduct business in our working environment
  • Basic knowledge in French to receive/make phone calls
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Powerpoint
  • Skilled in making travel arrangements, transportation, requests for visa and associated travel documentation to locations such as USA, China, Singanpore and the Middle East
  • Experienced in booking international and domestic travel (without travel agency)
  • Event management / arrangements – thinking beyond the obvious



  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write and edit engaging copy
  • A ‘can-do’ approach to work, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize
  • Team player – supportive & willing to help (no job too small or to big)
  • Flexible – working outside office hours, on an ad hoc basis / when required
