Helpdesk Technician

Your Mission

As an Helpdesk Technician you will be based in Lisbon and you will provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems

Among others, your main responsibilities will be:

-Technical Support to international clients
-Provision of 1st line support for incidents
-Solving IT problems related to end users’ devices, network, and applications
-Creation, configuration and management of user accesses
-Troubleshoot and resolution of hardware and software issues

What we’re looking for

To join our team as an Helpdesk Technician, YOU must HAVE:

-Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or other customer support role
-Good Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
-Proficiency in English
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-High capacity of time management, priorities and resistance to stress
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
