Keep a set of potential candidates on file to whom you can present vacancies that you believe may be suitable within the companies of the Glintt Global Group, or related to it.

Candidates have the right to object to this processing of their personal data at any time. If they object, they will no longer be considered for new opportunities and will be removed from the file. They may always submit new applications.

Period for which personal data will be retained:

·        For candidates selected: during the execution of the contract and five (5) years after the end.

·        For candidates not selected: for one (1) year for possible vacancies after the recruitment and selection process, without prejudice to such period extending for the duration of any legal proceedings and up to a limit of six (6) months after the respective decision becomes final.

Statistical data and evidence of equal opportunities and gender: in compliance with the provisions of article 32 of the CLT, certain elements of the process (such as test records, classifications, academic qualifications and selection/exclusion criteria) will be kept for 5 (five) years, exclusively for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with the principle of equality and non-discrimination in access to employment.

·        Access : confirmation of processing and the right to access your personal data;

·        Rectification : obtain the rectification of inaccurate and/or incomplete personal data;

·        Erasure : obtain the erasure of personal data in accordance with the law;
