SAP Technical Consultant
Job Description/Main responsibilities
The SAP system administration team is responsible to remotely support and manage technical aspects of SAP systems and third party products (linked to SAP), to perform SAP system administration, to perform technical changes and projects (Migrations, Upgrades, …), to advise customers on technical aspects (Best practice, news, …) and to participate to the sales efforts.
Technical consultants are responsible of all Basic Components activities of our customers’ SAP systems. They act remotely in a mutualized mode.

Knowledge of operation of SAP systems (monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, print support, interface maintenance, backups, implementing fix packages, OSS notes, transports)

Experience in installations and upgrades of SAP systems (ABAP and JAVA stacks)

Experience in migrations (Unicode…), patching, SAP-DB-OS configuration and optimization

Knowledge of most of the SAP Solution Manager processes : Solution Monitoring, Customer code management, Service-level management and reporting, root cause analysis, administration, Service Desk, change control management, Project Management, Testing management, …
Nice to have :

Knowledge in Portal, PI, security (authorization, GRC…), Abap, performance optimization, Volume Management, Archiving
Languages expertise

Fluent oral communication skills in French, Dutch and English
