For the division Technology Services we are currently looking for a experienced, either technical or functional (m/v):

PEOPLESOFT HCM CONSULTANT

Your role

  • You can participate in every phase of a PeopleSoft HCM implementation: offer, design, development, test, UAT, transition and production support.
  • You have interaction and a close collaboration with the customer on various levels: gather their requirements, define, document and validate solutions, communicate project status, inform the client on Capgemini’s service offering,…
  • You can translate business requirements from the customer in functional / technical specifications, keeping in mind the functional and technical integrity of the application.
  • You perform as a strong team player in large global ERP implementation teams.
  • You can take up several roles during an implementation phase: Project Manager, Software Architect, Designer, Developer, Tester, Trainer, Process & Change manager…

Your profile

As Functional PeopleSoft Consultant:

 

  • 3 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to talk and convince clients, stimulates decisions and facilitate workshops
  • The ability to challenge and design complex solutions, in line with client’s expectations
  • Demonstrated functional leadership skills


As Technical PeopleSoft Consultant:

 

  • 3 or more years hands-on experience with People tools: Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, XML Publisher, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Workflow
  • Demonstrated technical leadership

Furthermore both profiles have :

  • Experience participating in ERP implementation projects
  • The ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team, with clients and vendors
  • The ability to work in complex project environments.
  • An eye for details, software quality and you understands the added value of a methodological approach.


It’s also very important to be able to express yourself in Dutch as well as French. English is the official language within Capgemini, so the knowledge of these language is essential. You are flexible to travel within Belgium.
