As a functional analyst you will be part of an ICT project team that is responsible for the development of new financial applications. Substantial modifications within the software portfolio also deserve your attention.

  • While doing this you will acquire thorough insights in different tools and obtain considerable knowledge of this part of the financial industry. Your responsibilities are amongst others:
  • Cooperate with the layout & planning of all different process phases: pre-study / information gathering, functional design & functional testing. All this in order to guarantee our clients the optimal use of all assets available to the project;
  • Contribute during the analysis of the information gathered during the pre-study;
  • Organize the necessary sessions with the end users to obtain the different functional requirements;
  • Establish a functional design based on the results of the pre-study and the sessions with the end users.
  • Take responsibility for the testing phase conform the structural specifications of the test charter;
  • Regularly do the follow-up of the project and make sure it is turned over to the support team in time.

Your profile:

  • Master of Business Economics and Management (Other studies with a proven financial affinity will be taken into consideration as well);
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • A broad technical interest;
  • Affiliation with the financial world makes it possible for you to easily communicate with the business and to develop detailed analysis;
  • Good communication skills in order to uphold an intensive communication with the business as well as the different ICT-teams involved;
  • Assertive & persuasive while at the same time very diplomatic;
  • Good organizational skills help you to execute and plan your tasks independent;
  • A driven & dynamic personality;
  • The ability to find creative solutions in accordance with the needs and wishes of our clients;
  • Result-passionate with an eye for quality;
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Dutch and English.
