Companies use CVWarehouse to put job offers online on their own website. In parallel, all jobs of these companies are made available on cvwarehouse.com as well. Companies login into an Applicant Tracking System on CVWarehouse where they follow up on every candidate individually and keep all candidates and their history on file or future use.
What has CVWarehouse to offer to candidates ?
When applying via CVWarehouse, your details and CV will only be visible to the company you applied with.
No one else can see your data
With your login, you can follow the status of every application on line. From “pending” over “in process” to hopefully “finalist” or “Not withheld” to “Future”. Companies can communicate with you per email or via CVWarehouse. You too can post an information request to a company regarding your application.
How does it work?
When applying on line for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a form with a number of fields that will create your profile. With this profile you can choose to upload a free text CV in word or PDF format. This CV will be indexed by the CVWarehouse search engine on key words, together with the information in your profile.
This way any company where you applied for example a year ago, will always find you back when they actively search their database for a position that they want to fill at that time. Next to following up each and every candidate day-to-day, CVWarehouse makes sure that companies re-use their candidate database at all times.
Once you have a profile on CVWarehouse as a candidate, make sure to regularly update your data so that your new professional situation gets updated automatically with all companies you ever applied with. As these companies will actively search their database with every new vacancy, your updated profile will ensure that they find you as you evolve.
If the company no longer interests you, you can decide to withdraw from a specific company’s database at any time.
